Forming A Spiritual Link With the Element Within The wilderness

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012

After experiencing this heightening of your spiritual sense of audio, you will probably start to notice you really are a great deal much more aware in the sounds bordering you. That whenever you are in a conversation with somebody that you can listen to them yet at the same time you are aware in the sound forms of the birds or perhaps the rustle of the leaves in the wind around you. That you can also be focused on the sound but also aware of the other sounds surrounding you.

This really is comparable to how native indigenous people hear the wilderness. For once they are out hunting they should be fully conscious of their environment. In both a visual sense in addition to an audible sense. So when I have checked into and become aware of the various sounds surrounding me, I then take a couple of moments to stroll exactly where I really feel drawn in this state of heightened sound. At the same time I play with being in 3-D eyesight whilst also being in stereo surround sound. The planet gets to be a different location while strolling within this state. It becomes more alive. Much more tangible. Once practicing and combining with no tension within your body, each second starts to become an eternity. Prolonged. Expanded. For when you begin expanding your senses you’re starting to open the doors and to melt in to the present everlasting moment.

The perception of sight and sense of sound are each outward senses. We glance outward and we hear outwards. For most people, they are our two predominant senses. As soon as they’re expanded it’s simpler to tap in to the spiritual world past the one we usually know.

However, you are able to go deeper by expanding more of one’s senses.

The next perception I have participants broaden and explore on a heart walk is their perception of scent. So far as the schism of senses is concerned, each smell and taste are grouped together. They’re both inner senses and they’re both chemical reactions that occur inside our body.

The perception of scent is often overlooked inside our culture. We’re forever stuffing down our natural perception of smell by placing on deodorants, spraying rooms with deodorizers and getting rid of nearly every scent that arrives our way. We even justify ourselves for generating smells. With time, this cultural aversion to smells has dulled our perception of scent much in a way that we’re unable to pick up the scent of a path as native indigenous people once did.

Your spiritual relationship with the land will give you the way to connect with life noticeably more deeply.

Inner Peace Of Mind

Tuesday, January 17th, 2012

To me internal peace is the entire point of going on vision quests by getting your existence into alignment.

After investing a lot time being in and observing nature I keep on coming back again to the point that everything includes a natural rhythm. For instance, the sun has the classical rhythm of rising and setting. The seasons possess the natural rhythm of summer to autumn to winter season to spring. The tides possess the similar rhythm of increasing and falling.

Even animals have natural rhythms. For example, ants are most active in the middle of the day. Birds make probably the most sound just before the sun rises. Kangaroos rest a lot of the day and are much more active at night. All going with their all-natural rhythm.

And from what I have observed when people take time to be with nature their very own all-natural rhythm arises. They normally consume when they are hungry rather than going with the standard 3 meals a day. They naturally drink when they are thirsty instead of the suggested 8 glasses each day. Plus they normally do what it is they’re meant to do.

To me permitting your self time to be and acquire insights into your true nature permits for internal peace. There’s nothing more peaceful to have yourself performing precisely what you had been put on this planet to complete. That’s whenever you will really feel an almost ideal inner peace and contentment with who you are and that which you are doing around the planet.

For example facilitating these nature based spirituality programs are precisely what I am put on the planet to do. This web site has taken me hundreds of hrs to develop nevertheless the time has literally flown by and it’s been absolutely nothing to work 18 hour days getting it prepared. In fact it has been a joy!

This is exactly why I really feel that internal peace can only arrive about when you are performing precisely what you are meant to be performing. And from what I have found the best way to do this is to set an intention about an area of existence that is not working for you and go on the vision quest around it.

The reason for this really is that it gives your rational mind a break and you are able to get messages straight from nature and spirit by tapping into their wisdom. Then it’s just a issue of re-integrating these insights into your existence to get your life into alignment.

If you would like to totally immerse yourself in nature and find inner peace within the wilderness and know precisely how you can pay attention to your soul and spirit then now is the correct time to look for guidance.

Michael Katz’ Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians, a Book Review

Friday, March 12th, 2010

Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians stands apart from any other crystal healing book on the market in many respects. First of all, whereas other crystal healing books usually contain so called ‘channeled’ information from the spirit world, none of them so directly profess it the way this book does.

Although this may be a tad much for orthodox medical practitioners, author Michael Katz none-the-less believes this young science, which he refers to as Gemstone Energy Medicine, will continue to grow and become increasingly mainstream.

And he is not alone in that belief. Many top athletes testify to the power of the gemstones as described in this book, including Mark Foster, British Olympic Swimmer, Glen Christiansen, Swedish Olympic Medalist, Tanner Eriksen, Pitcher, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Art Dilworth, Triathlete, Professional and Olympic Trainer.

Another well-known celebrity says, “Some inner voice told me to read this book. Thank you, inner voice. What a remarkable study.” Those are the words of Larry King, quoted in the 1997 edition of this book.

The material in Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians is made up of the teachings of twenty-nine ‘Gemstone Guardians,” each of whom is in charge of a particular gemstone. They tell us of the powers and healing qualities of each stone.

Even though Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians is technically speaking a non-fiction book, it is so exquisitely well written that it’s actually a more enjoyable read, cover to cover, than most novels. It’s hard to put down once you’ve begun reading it, and I’ve heard of no other book engendering an interest in crystal healing in the previously uninitiated.

If you are looking for a reference book in which to look up any gemstone which happens to draw your immediate attention, then Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians is not the right choice. But if you are looking for the best, most inspirational and enjoyable story about the healing properties of some of the most powerful gemstones in the world today, then there really is no comparable alternative.

The best-selling Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians has been reprinted numerous times. The original title of the book was Gifts of the Gemstone Guardians. A later intermediary edition was sold as Gemisphere Luminary.

The stones and crystals described in Wisdom of the Gemstone Guardians are Ruby, Carnelian, Citrine, Emerald, Sapphire, Amethyst, Indigo (crystalline form of Sodalite), Black Onyx, Ivorite, Opalite, Riverstone, Quarts, Mother of Pearl, Pearl, Purple Rainbow Fluorite, Lavender Quartz, Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, Blue Aquamarine, Green Tourmaline, Aventurine, Malachite, Bloodstone, Leopardskin Jasper, Rhodochrosite, Pink Tourmaline, Rose Quartz, Poppy Jasper, and Rhodonite.
